Wallora is operated by Seven ofertas LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase our products.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order.
By using our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

2. ONLINE STORE
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer products and process orders.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Natural wood patterns, grain, texture and tone may vary between units;
• Measurements may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances;

• Customers are responsible for confirming measurements, quantities and installation requirements before ordering.
Variations in natural materials that do not affect the intended use of the product are not necessarily considered defects.
4. INSTALLATION
Wall panels and related products must be installed using methods appropriate for the wall, ceiling, surface and building structure.
The customer is responsible for:
• Checking the condition of the installation surface;
• Confirming measurements before cutting or installation;
• Selecting suitable adhesives, screws, tools and hardware;
• Following all applicable building and safety requirements;
• Hiring a qualified professional when necessary.
Wallora is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect measurement, unsuitable surfaces, misuse, incorrect adhesives, structural problems or unauthorized product modifications.
5. PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or made available through the website.
Prices, discounts, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, import duties, customs fees or other governmental charges that may apply based on the customer’s location.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description or availability errors.
If an order contains a material pricing or product-information error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
6. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to reject, limit or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;

Delivery dates displayed on the website, during checkout or in tracking information are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Wallora is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, weather, customs, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, incorrect addresses or governmental actions.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, damaged-product claims and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
Products that have been cut, drilled, installed, glued, painted or otherwise modified generally cannot be returned unless required by applicable law.
10. ACCOUNTS
You may be able to create a customer account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity occurring through your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not:

17. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seven ofertas LLC, Wallora and their officers, members, employees, contractors and service providers from claims arising from:

• Your infringement of third-party rights;
• Improper installation, alteration or misuse of a product.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, carrier interruptions, supply shortages, labor disputes, power failures or internet outages.
19. SEVERABILITY

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

The updated version will be published on the website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
